Round and very easy-drinking porter, with a balanced and subtly warming twist of chilli. Our chilli porter is a wonderfully complex beer – not too extreme, but still with an edge. The chilli acts as a bit of an “afterburner” – tickles the tongue a little, without being aggressive.

Draught @ Studenterhuset Ølfestival. Pours clear very dark brown with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, light liqurice. Flavor is sweet, mild spicy, roast malt, caramel, chocolate, licorice. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish with a light chili bitte. 181123

Can 44 cl. Clear orangey brown with a yellowish head. Sweet caramelly and somewhat nutty nose - no real roastiness. Medium body, dry licorice notes with some prickly chili notes. Dry and slightly bitter finish. 270423

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finsh. Some nice! chili at the end. Oily palate. Chili works fine in thís brew.
