Elskerinden (The Mistress) is naughty, seductive is simply irresistible!
With this brew, we have made a beautiful and silky smooth beer. It is made with inspiration from the Belgian Dubbel, and is therefore brewed with Belgian yeast. Candy and raisins are added, which makes it a sweet beer.
The beer has a good mouthfeel, which is pleasant and soft in the mouth. It leaves a good aftertaste of dried fruits and a little chocolate.

Bottle 50 cl. Credited to Kongshøj Bryghus. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a small, creamy, beige head. Slightly nutty nose, som brown sugars and a hint of phenol. Medium body only, dry, nutty, oxidized with a slight bitternes. As a Dubbel, this is poor. 140423
