Pale Ale with buckwheat and honey
Mimrende Fynbo is a light, bright and refreshing pale ale with fresh buckwheat and delicious honey.
It is said that the people of Funen reminisce when they pass by a buckwheat field. So what would make a beer more Funen than adding some real Funen buckwheat?
In addition to the buckwheat, delicious Funen honey from Tåsinge, which is located on Sy’fyn, is also added.
Brewed from lightly roasted malts, which give a good malty body. The hop aromas are slightly citrusy, and come from popular American hop types. An extremely well-balanced beer that can be enjoyed by most people. – Completely without any aftertaste.
