Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a rough, beige head. Nice roasty nose with a vanilla touch and a spicy woodiness. Body has thinned a lot, roast and wood but also a distinct tartness indicating an infection. Also super dry which doesn't really suit a BA beer well. Roasty finish with some alcohol warmth. 010223

Bottle from Det Lille Bryggeri @ Skagen. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, wood, tequila. Flavor is light sweet, light tartness, roast malt, big roast, wood, light chocolate, tequila, alcohol. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet light tart finish with loads of warming alcohol. 041122
