We choose to dryhop it with some pungent varieties like Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Idaho7 and Sabro to max the tropical aromas and fruity flavours. With our favourite yeast, we think this is a very nice combination to make a true fruit bomb ;) To give it even more depth and experience we opted for more bitterness!
Velvety mouthfeel and full of flavour…

Tap at Arendsnest, 8th February 23. Pours an orange beer with a slight haze. Aroma is orange and candy. Taste is spiky, oranges and caramel, earthy, some chemical, it’s unusual. Quite like it

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque deep golden with a small, white head. Spicy, tropical hop aroma, perhaps an edge of cat pee. Rich, sweet, fruity body with a tropical melange of aroma hops. Warming finish with a slight bitterness. Typical modern style New England DIPA, a little to the sweet side. Well made. 081222
