The wee man of the group. Using extra pale malt and the Columbus hop, Rhapsody is a simple but delightful session ale.

Cask at The Southern. Pours very pale yellow with good white head. Good fresh orange aromas, merest hint of cereal malt. More orange on the taste, with good bitterness. Good sessionable beer.

Aroma: Fresh aroma - grass, lemon and lime.
Appearance: Slightly hazy pale golden body with a thin white head. Flat carbonation. nice lacing.
Taste: Very easy drinking - lovely juicy lime hop. Light bitterness that lingers.
Palate: Thin to medium body with an oily texture. Flat carbonation.
Overall: Not particularly complex, but this is a soft, refreshing beer I could drink again and again.
