Pure malt ale, brewed with 100% barleymalt. Federico II has a fresh taste, is rather bitter and has a herbaceous aftertaste due to the use of selected hops. Its headis thick, creamy and adherent. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermented and second fermentation in the bottle. 7 EBC.

Hazy orange color with big head. Sweet aroma, peaches, orange. Taste is sweet, moderately bitter. Really makes the impression of sugar water.

750ml bottle. Nose of peaches, melon, orange, grapefruit. Strangely creamy. Orange-gold color, cloudy, with a low head. Sweet and creamy flavor, tropical fruits and candy. Nice prickly, bitter finish, though a bit too sweet and that in a slightly fake way. Soft and smooth body, though somewhat thick. This is uniquely hopped and quite interesting. Very untypical ipa, and needs fine tuning but worth a try.

at a tasting, thanks Ariel, almost no head, murky orange colour, aroma of fruit and hay which is a bit stale with a touch of fruit frops, malty hay flavour with a light and a bit coarse bitterness. Not too good.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Ariel. Cloudy orange. Aroma of yeast, stale skunky hops, a buttery hint and some fruitiness. Sweetish flavor with malt, yeast, some fruitiness, some stale hops and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied.
