Tap at Gar Eden. Aroma is malty, some of that tomato juice thing again, bit floral. Taste is similar, light bitterness, more malty.

Bottle, gift from my brother. Hazy golden body with a few flecks floating beneath a thin white head. Aroma of soggy cereal and straw. Flavour of sour grain and metal. Thin body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Sour and weird. I couldn’t finish it.

Spotted in the Vatican. Maybe the Pope brews it himself. In case congratulation for him. Nice!

On tap @ International Street Food Parade 2015, Milano.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 08.07.2016. Thanks Mari & Vesa!
Aroma has minerals, grass and pineapple juice. Gives a dry feeling. Flavour has pineapple juice, flour and biscuits. Floury palate. Finishes with harsh herbal bitterness and grass. Somewhat easy-going even though the finish disturbs a bit here. Becomes a bit too dry after some sips.

Bottle courtesy of Björn (non-RB). Pours sparkling clear golden with a frothy white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty and tiny fruity with crackers, caramel, grapefruit juice, orange juice, moist grass, pine needles and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, slightly bitter, slightly fruity, slightly floral and tiny perfume-like. Mouthfeel is soft, round, slightly astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and bitter with caramel, grapefruit, mango, moist grass, pine needles, honey, kumquats and lemon zest. Full but not terrible. Would recommend making it even drier and adding more aroma hops.
