YG 231224. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is malt, citrus, pine. Flavor is malt, citrus, pine, oxidation, grass, caramel. Ordinary beer.

Can. A lightly hazy orange-golden beer with a dense, finger-thick white head. Some lacing. Too malty aroma, at least for the style, but with a decent citrusy, piney hoppyness. Some oxidation notes. It's medium to full bodied and nicely carbonated, a bit on the sweet side, and very low on bitterness. Grass, citrus, pine cones and candy flavor with some light caramel pale malts in the back. Medium length finish. Calling this a NEIPA is pushing the limits too far. Even though they actually call i KNEIPA, the K stands for Kveik. Dull, drinkable. 241223
