Bottle, 75cl. A gusher, producing a big white head soon diminishing into a one-bubble layer. Lots of carbonation going on in the lightly hazy yellowish golden colored body. The aroma is lighlty funky, with fresh apple juice, some unripe apple and apple peel, hints of grass and a touch of bark. Some citrus notes too. It's medium to full bodied and rather heavily carbonated, with a good acidity. Fresh apple juice, green apple peel, some lemony, barnyardish, leathery funk and a touch of bark and grass in the flavor. Quite long finish. A decent one, but they sure need to get control over the bottle fermentation. 241222

Gusher. Big fizzy shortlasting head, hazy light orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, apple peel, sorrel, apple cores, hay, minerals, yeast, leafs, dusty apples. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, leafs, sorrel, yeast, apple peel, flowers, bark, sour unripe apples. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.
