GYG 191224. Golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hay, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is fruit, malt, hop, pine, grapefrui , torange zest, mango, grass. Nice beer.

Can. A lightly hazy golden colored beer with a small, dense, offwhite head. Orange zest, pine cones and a touch of pale malts in the aroma. Peppery and mango-ish. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with a gentle bitterness. Semi-dry. Citrusy, piney flavor with hints of mango and grass, some pale malts and bread. Lasting finish. A quite decent one, especially for the alcohol strength. 241219

7-4-7-4-15 Can, #766, four weeks after canning. Pours amber, with a big creamy head. Aroma is citrusy hops with orange peel, grapefruit and stone fruits, as well as roasted malts with spicy minerals. Full body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is piney hops with citrusy notes of marmalade, grapefruit and tropical notes of papaya and stone fruits, as well as malts with bread, peppery wheaty notes and grassy minerals. Lingering hoppy finish.

0,44 boks fra bryggeriets kjøleskap, hjemme i godstolen: nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Pirrende citrusdufter lover godt, og smaken er særs forfriskende og oppløftende. Hint av steinfrukt og noe lett pepperaktig. Falconer's Flight er en ukjent humle for meg, og et meget hyggelig bekjentskap. Crisp as a cracker and sessionable indeed.
