A real cherry bomb for Christmas! Cherry Xmas is made without added water, only pure cherry juice, honey and yeast. This gives a whole lotta flavor and extra depth. To get that extra Christmas feeling, we've added cinnamon to increase its complexity.
Cherry Xmas is great with Christmas porridge, rice cream or just as an enjoyable sipper in and by itself

Pours clear deep red with no head. Aroma has notes of honey, alcohol, vanilla, cinnamon and cherry. Taste is heavy sweet with a long warm, cherry, honey, vanilla and cinnamon finish. Body is full, texture is oily, no carbonation.

Bottle, 25cl. A murky deep red beer, oily and still. Intense aroma of cherry, alcohol and honey, with a spiced, herbal touch. It’s full-bodied and sweet on the palate, yet kinda dryish in the finish. Lightly warming. Honey, cherry, alcohol notes and some herbal, spiced honey touch. Generic berries. Oaked hints too. Lasting finish. Nice indeed, really nice. 241129

Flat, hazy dark reddish color. Aroma is sweet sour-ish fruity, dried cherries, cherry stones, toasted honey, minerals, sour cherries, alcohol. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, berry skin, sour cherries, grass, minerals, alcohol, dried cherries, citrus, bark, honey. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
