Bottle, at Bryggerifestivalen. A still one, clear and golden colored. Honey, fruityness, lemon and flower in the aroma. Some alcohol hints. It's full-bodied and smooth on the palate, lightly warming, with a good honey flavor. Some generic fruityness and hints of lemon and flowers. Lasting finish. Not a bad first attempt. A bit too one dimensional though, but at least much better than the Danish alcohol bombs that were the first on the Norwegian mead market. 240801
