500ml bottle from Baggot Street Wines. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity tart apple. Taste is sweetish, juicy apple, alittle tartness with some mellow citric notes. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle 500ml. [ As MacIvors Medium Cider ].ABV: 4.5%. Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple - pear, sweet apples, light wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apple - pear, apples, champagne brus. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Mostly like quit well because of the champagne brus flavor (soda ice from my childhood) [20151121]

Bottle, 4.5%. Clear pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is apples, fruit, juice, wood and a little sulfur. Flavour is apples, little dry, medium sweet, little citric and a little juice.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. No head. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are rich green apples, fruits and has a both sweet and light sour finish. Nice and fresh.

Bottled. A yellow cider with a fast disappearig head. The aroma has notes of over ripe apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe apples, leadinng to a sweet finish.

Bottled@Black Door, Helsinki. Yellowish golden colour, no head. Quite rich carbonation. Aroma is sweet and sour apples with vinegar and some strange sweet notes as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, mildly nectary along with some mild vanilla and wood too. A bit gluelike notes come through in the finish.
