On draught at Bob's Bar during the "Brooklyn Black Ops!" event on 01/11/2018. Brown-black pour with a medium thick tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of bourbon, roast malt, and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, roasted malt and fudge. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and chocolate malt aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Bottle. Pours black with a very thick creamy brown head that laces very thickly. Aroma has a strong roasted malt note with some semi sweet chocolate and a bit of backing bourbon. Flavor began with semi sweet chocolate that was joined by strong roasted malts and a bit of bourbon coming out in the finish. Incredibly smooth beer.

Bomber courtesy of crizay. Bomber pours deep darkness with mocha head. The aroma is dark chocolate brownie, caramel, molasses, spicy oak, some sweet vanilla and a touch of heat at the end of the draw. The taste is smooth caramel, black strap molasses, chocolate brownie, smooth sweet vanilla, spicy oak and then some bitter pine hops into the finish. Good stuff here.
