12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 11/22/2015. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy pale straw color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of ginger, rice, cracker, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aroma with well balanced ginger, pale malt, and earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of ginger, rice, cracker, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of ginger, rice, cracker, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Good balance and robustness of ginger, pale malt, and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness after the finish; with some light lingering spice flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth and crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a good gluten free beer. All around good balance and robustness of ginger, pale malt, and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. This mostly felt like a standard ginger beer in flavors; but it was nicely enjoyable as such.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours perry, near water, color with a transient white head. Ginger aroma. Med body, nearly. Flavor is ginger. At last - proof for my hypothesis that ginger can save any beer. Except this might not exactly be beer - and it could simply prove that ginger can save water. Thereโ€™s a slight sweetness to the finish - not soda pop - but it tends to cut the ginger bite. Oh well. Iโ€™ll probably actually drink this. Love ginger.
