Impressive looking 2007 vintage swing top growler provided by jcwattsrugger, thanks John! It pours clear copper with tiny white head. The aroma is rich musty malts, sweet citrus, pineapple, apples, a touch of vanilla, earthiness and spicy hops. The taste is just plain old smoothness with caramel, earthiness, muted fruity notes like apples and citrus. It then picks up notes like honey sweetness, mild and muted spicy hops and sweet malts. It ends and heads into the after taste with smooth fading varied hop flavor notes. This has done well since 2007.

on tap-pours a dissipating tan head and hazy amber color. Aroma is sweet fruit, medium malt, slight alcohol, astringency. Taste is sweet fruit, medium malt, slight alcohol, astringency/bite from hops. Slick mouth feel. Medium body. Nice, OK/mild carbonation.
