This was poured up via cask along with Amarillo dry hopping at the brewpub. It has a copper – brown body and firm tan head. The aroma is kind of soft but gives you a nice load of spicy hops and earthy hops as well as a background of sweet malts. The taste has a very pleasing mix of spicy hops and citrus hop flavor that roll quickly into resiny hop bitteriness. Beneath the hops are malts and some caramel like malts too. Dig it.
