From the tap at Sagra del Cinghiale, Premilcuore, Italy. Pours classic gold, slightly pale, with limited foam. Aroma is malty, fruity like ripe peach, some cherry liquor. A bit of resinous. Body is a little light, good carbonation, a hint of stickiness. Taste has good sweetness consistent with malty aroma, final decent bitterness. Average finish, maybe a little too sweet.

L’intensità olfattiva è normale ma di corta persistenza. La schiuma è a rapida dispersione a bassa carbonazione. La frizzantezza si manifesta in bollicine fini con carbonazione media. Il colore è giallo dorato. L’amaro è moderato. Il corpo è rotondo ma di struttura sottile. L’aroma alla lingua è mediamente dolce come pure l’amaro, con anche un sentore di umami. L’intensità gustativa è normale con buona persistenza gustativa. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva.

Tap. Clear golden with a lasting white head. Malty nose. Lots of grain and hops. Medium to watery palate. Pleasant, dry and quite bitter hoppy end. OK.
