An american pale ale in perfect harmony between sweetness and bitterness, as the passionate namesake character. The high body and the gradation combined with the irresistible fruit cocktail make this red craft beer seductive like the Bizet gipsy.

Bottled. A hazy red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, malt, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is straw, citrus fruits, hops, malt, and a bit of caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Pours nice brown, a bit of foam, leaving some lacings. Aroma is fruity, fresh, has some malts. Taste is also malty, sort of like a brown ale, which I like. Aftertaste has nice bitter tingle.

Cloudy red-amber-brown with a tall head. Somewhat Belgian yeast in the nose, caramel, funk. Sweet caramel flavor, funky, minerally. Ok.
