Our first collaboration brew with our friends at MEIKO, this “traditional” American pale ale should surely please everyone’s taste buds. Big Boy is hopped with Magnum, Citra, Centennial, Cascade and Cashmere and malted with Pale, Caramel and Crystal.

(Keg at Viisi Penniä, 20220827) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had resin, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, resin, ripe fruits, toffee, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A tasty hoppy brew.

Draught @ Viisi Penniä, Helsinki. Crisp, grassy hoppy and caramely malty with some pine, resin and earthiness.
