Bottle. Pours hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid and salt, as well as citrus, hay and some farmhouse notes. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is salt and soapy. Probably some lactic notes and hay there as well, but it’s as good as drowned in a sea of brine. Waaay too much salt (and coriander)! Almost undrinkable beyond the first few sips. Drainpour.

On tap at Patricks. A lightly hazy golden colored beer wit a minimal sized white head. Lemon sourish aroma with some bready yeast and funk. Hints of citrus zest. It’s medium bodied and quite tart, with a bit too much carbonation. Some leathery notes in the flavor, with lemon and bread dominating. Some bitterness too. More bitter than salty actually, but there’s some salt in the finish, along with a faint harsh olive oil hint. Sure a decent beer, but not the most interesting gose I’ve had. 160703

Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is mild sour-ish, grass, hay, grain, fruit salt, soda powder, minerals, flowers, fruit stones, nuts, popcorn, hints of overripe prunes. Taste is slightly dry floral, weeds, minerals, fruit salt, bark, grass, prune stones, saltwater, soda powder, grain, popcorn, leafs. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of weird really.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks rayaron & zvsn. Cloudy yellow. Aroma of grains, wheat, a bit of lacto, coriander. Tart and salty flavor, wheaty, citric, with coriander. Rather light-bodied. Pretty refreshing.

Keg at brewers beer bar Gothenburg. Translucent golden / orange coloured pour with a fading halo if white head. Aroma is funky, light Brett, lemon rind, light vinegar. Flavour is composed if tangy lemon, salty, pineapple, crisp grains. Drying finish, palate is crisp and tart, moderate to high carbonation. Refreshing. Good.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, mint - berry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity, salty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20151121]
