100ml draught at the brewpub. Clingy lacing from a low white head. A slight haze to a warm golden body. Bittersweet fruity smell. Taste of grain, lemon and yeasty fruitiness. Bittersweet hops to the ending. Medium bodied. Just alright. Salad friendly. (Helsinki 29.11.2017).

Draft at the source. Cloudy orange color white head. Fruity orange peel aroma. Taste is bitter cutrus astringent mouthfeel.

[ As Il Birrificio Hesa ].Unclear matt medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, floral, a bit messy aroma IMO. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruit, yeast, fruit, phenol. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150722]

Draught @ the brewpub. Aroma has grass, funky yeasty tones and apricot. Flat palate, no CO2 at all. Flavour has apricot, grass, some citron and grapefruit. Finishes with hayish cereal. Aroma was promising but flavour is a bit off.

Draught@Il Birrificio, Helsinki. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, yeasty, some mild nectary notes. Flavour is yeasty, mild herbal and spicy notes with citrus, wood and some herbs.

Tap@ IL birrificio. Amber colored, thick white head. Spicy, earthy, apricots in aroma. Flavor has sweetness, fruitiness, spices, peachy notes. Basic, really drinkable.

Tap at brewpub. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Banana, a bit spicey aroma. Medium-bodied. Spicey, sharp dry mouthfeel. Light banana. Clean but empty.
