Bottle 37,5 cl. Vintage 2023. Pours a clear, pink with a short, fizzy dissipating head. A tart berry note paired with lovely honey accents. Medium body, a biting acetic tartness with discreet berry accents and fully attenuated honey leaving inly a very discreet underlying sweetness. But it's the vinegar that dominates this mead making it so "controversial" and hard to drink. 101225

Bottled@SBWF. Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is white wine, some sweet honey and malts along with a mild nutty edge to it. Flavour is sweet honey, citrus, some nutty tones and a bit herbs.

Bottle 375ml. corked. [ As Mjödhamnen Sommar 2010-2013 ].Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, flowers, nectar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sharp, honey, flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily - sticky, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20151121]

Bottle @ Home. Pours very light golden, no head. Aroma of light honey, flowers, little fruit. Flavor is little sweet, light sourness, honey, wood, flowers, little fruit, some bitterness. Medium body, flat carbonation, light warming alcohol. 241115

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are flowers, fruits, notes of honey and has a sharp flowery taste.
