50cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown colour with a mid-sized not long lasting beige head. Aroma of dark fruits, tart berries, dark malt. Taste of mild tart fruits, dark malt, soy, yeast, spices.

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Cloudy nut brown, creamy head. Phenolic nose with overripe banana. Sweet with light-medium body and soft mouthfeel. Oily banana, notes of bubblegum. Low bitterness.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Krieger Weißbier Dunkel ].Unclear medium to dark brown color with a large to huge, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, caramel, chocolate, light tart - berry, moderate yeasty, fruity, weizen yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, caramel - chocolate, yeast, fruity, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20151123]

Malzig, mild hefiger Antrunk. Leider wässrig im Mittelteil mit nur geringfügiger Bananigkeit, weich herb, etwas röstig, was durchaus stärker sein könnte. Eher langweilig. 11/8/8/7/8/7

500ml bottle. Cloudy mahogany colour with average, thick, frothy, beige head. Bready, wheaty, malty aroma, a herbal yeasty touch. Taste is slightly bready, wheat malty, a touch of treacle with corresponding sweetness, tart-ish lemon counterpart. Nice.

bottle, Danke pivnizub! Hazy brown colour with a small fluffy head. Shy nose of roasted malts. Malty with hints of chocolate, slightly fruity.

(bottle) Hazy, almost mahogany colour with a big and beige foamy head. Slightly sweet and yeasty, moderately wheaty aroma with dried fruity and slightly woody notes. Moderately sweet and minimal sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Wheaty and slightly dark malty, slightly toasty taste with hints of caramel and dried fruits; mildly sweet and a bit slim toasty malty finish with a lasting note of caramel and cacao in the aftertaste. Not bad. 01.X.09

Bottle: Deep chestnut-amber coloured with a small off-white foamy layer; mushroomy-yeasty nose with small traces of fruits and caramel; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour with a light chocolatey bitterness, pretty light bodied; sweetish-sourish finish with traces of malt and chocolate. Not bad, but quite plain...........
