Taste comprises light stone fruit, herb, farmyard bite, lemon zest, funk, hedgerow, straw, light bretted pangs. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic pinch at the curtain call. Solid complex sour.

Big tart citrus, light tartness, some slight resin.
