We've teamed up with Low/No bar Love From in Manchester to recreate one of their top cocktails, the Manchester Tart. Using a base of Chuckleberry wild ale, then carefully balanced additions of redcurrant, vanilla and even a small touch of black pepper to name a few. The result is a tart and lively AF sour that has huge depth to it's flavour.

Can at home picked up from 73 Enid. A nice clear plummy crimson coloured pour with a lasting pink candy floss head. A nice big ginger, galangal, peppery, spicy red berries. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, spicy red berries, ginger, red cola, nice spicy red berries. Palate is medium sweet, light spicy, fine carbonation. Really interesting and unique, toch on the sweet side, but very nice!

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 28/08/24. Cherry red pour topped with a crimson cap. Nose is tangy red berries, herb, hedgerow, light funk. Taste comprises soured red berries, lactic nip, berry pips, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering close. Pretty solid as an AF sour ... beats a fair few full boost ones!

Can at home. Pours clear ruby, nose is cherry, vanilla, funk, taste is similar, tart, juicy, zesty.
