Bottle. It pours a dense, two-finger high off-white head over an unclear yellow-golden body. Some lacing. The aroma is definitely rhubarb dominated. There’s a grainy matlyness in the far back, and some Belgo-style yeast notes, but definitely rhubarb runs the show. The same can be said about the flavor, although that feels more complex. Lemon and a spiced touch blends with the grains and yeast, and there’s not much sweetness or bitterness. It’s quite tart, pleasantly carbonated and medium bodied. Lasting fruity finish with lemon notes and a large amount of rhubarb. Some say it’s too much. Me, I love it. It’s a really refreshing beer, quenching and tasteful. 150716

Skum/kullsyre: Tykt dekkende skum, heng langs kant.
Smak: Fyldig fruktig smak av rabarbra med en syrlig avslutning.
