Church Farm Pale and Crystal malts provide a classic backbone for British hops both old and new. This quintessential and complex IPA has wild fruit aromas and a traditional hop bitterness.

Cask @ The Windmil, Stansted. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich bitter hops, fruits, flowers, caramel notes, malt and has a nice fruity bitter finish.

Cask at Eastbourne Beer Festival. Not a bad tasting beer but a strange silky metallic feeling to it. Usual long man taste, very inconsistent brewery... Re-rated, bottle at The Dolphin, Eastbourne. A pretty unremarkable english style IPA. 2.5 to 3.
