Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a rough, white head. Clean, tart apple aroma. Medium body, lovely semi-dry clean apple notes with some sulphur and a nice tartness to it. Not one of the astringent British examples, but well made and easy going. 130914

Bottle from Coop, Guernsey. Smooth and fruity beginning, not as intense as the XC-cider. Tart and slightly watery in the mainpart, very dry, appely-fruity, but not too deep. The aftertaste is smooth, tart-dry, but quite watery and easy to drink.

500 ml clear bottle, in Guernsey, as Rocquette Traditional Cider. ABV is 6.0%. Deep golden colour, only the slightest sparkle. Nice aroma of cider apples, a hint of sulphites. Dry flavour, but some sugar has been added in the making. Notes of cider apples and eating apples. Pleasant to drink.

50cl bottle from Isle of Skye Brewery shop. It looks like cider - golden/amber. It smells and tastes like cider - appley. The palate is a little light for what I really want in a cider but I’m happy to drink this.
