Venetian red is a fine ruby ale brewed using an unusual combination of the exceptional concerto malt and a small portion of black malt, with a splash of liquid caramel for good measure, to give the beer delicious light biscuit and toffee flavours.

These subtle flavours are complemented by a refreshing bitterness and citrus aroma that is achieved by combining target hop with the novel slovenian fuggle hop – this gives an interesting twist to this very special beer.
