Named after the ethereal song by the one and only Deftones, Phantom Bride IPA is a blend of Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops delicately balanced for the perfectly drinkable mix of citrus and hoppy goodness. A truly original Deftones/ Belching Beaver collaboration envisioned by Chino Moreno and skillfully crafted by Thomas Peters. Sit back, put on your headphones and drink away.

Bomber @ Chez Sophie. Pours clear gold, medium white head. Vibrant fruity orange aroma. Taste is super fruity with orange, citrus, pine, grapefruit, peach with a moderately low bitterness. Extremely drinkable and moreish. Went well with Adrenaline which I bought on import back in β96, twenty one years ago, aged 15. Thats scary.

On tap at Belching Beaver, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite dank and herbal, with plenty of pot-like hoppiness. Flavour is dry and pot-like, with herbal hops and dry biscuity malt. Standard but well-made dank IPA.

22oz bomber pours with a somewhat lightly hazed deep gold body that supports a tight off white head. The modest aroma offers up mango, a bit of cantaloupe and honeydew. The taste delivers juicy sweet malt nuanced mango and cantaloupe. Mmmm. This is soft supple and juicy and ends with a thin cracker malt note. Midway and into the finish bitter citrus hops grow to a moderate level adding additional depth and balance. Solid brew.

Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent gold with a large white head. Aroma suggests dank; a mixture of citrus, tropicals, earthy, and arguably more. Med body at least. I call it dank. Flavor is citrus, tropicals, earth. Quite a mix of flavors. Malt is present. I think. Fairly dry and nicely, nicely bitter. Recommended. Highly.
