Here in beautiful England we may not be very good at football, but we’re fantastic at making world class beer! This is no exception. Best served slightly chilled around 7 degrees, "Spirit of ’66" has everything you would expect from an English Pale. It’s strong, hoppy and packed with flavour. Extra liquor treatment is used to really accentuate the special blend of 4 hops (2 British, 1 Czech and an American) to complement the best of British "Crisp" malt. This ale is fruity with early citrus notes, full bodied and full flavoured leaving you supremely refreshed!

Special for 2014 Brazil World Cup

On cask at British Oak, Mosborough - Clear yellow body, thick white lacing head. Nose is light floral, hay, grassy and citrus. Taste is a bit more mellow and refreshing, the gentle mouthfeel adding a tighter dimension to this beer, with a sweet finish. Quite a nice one, and better than our football team.
