Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a pint glass. Clear reddish pale amber colour, good creamy off-white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma red malt, dark fruit, strawberries, some caramel, earthy notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, strawberries, berries, light caramel. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity undertone, well-made, nice.

Big thank you to Erzengel for this 0,33 l bottle. BB 06.03.26. Pale copper and slightly cloudy in the glass, small one finger white head. Intensive red malty and fruity aroma with hoppy resin. Taste is also red malty, hoppy with resin and honey sweetness. Soft but present bitterness. Below average carbonation. Really nice one.

Klare rotbraune Farbe, gemischtporige relativ stabile Schaumkrone; in der Nase sehr aromatisch, sehr malzig, viel rote (Beeren-)Frucht; im Geschmack ebenfalls malzig und rotfruchtig, relativ trocken bei anfänglicher Süße, kräftige Hopfenbittere, mittlerer Körper.

Red with a frothy, light beige head that lingers for the duration. Immediate berry aroma, full of red currants with a pleasant caramel undertone. Pine cone. Taste is bittersweet up front, mildly so, but with more oomph at the finish. Medium body, slightly watery texture. Pleasing.

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Hazy, slightly reddish golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, mildly fruity hoppy aroma with notes of berries, citrus and shades of resin, discreetly malty background. Slightly bitter and mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Soft malty base with traces of caramel, sour dough, accompanied by a moderately fruity hoppy touch; a bit slim, fruity hoppy, even a tad vinous finish. Not a great, but sessionable brew. 14.II.16
