Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5

Cask-conditioned at the Crown, Bristol 25/1/2014. Medium brown with a slight, off-white head. Sweet, berry fruits, caramel, solid malts and a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

On gravity, at Barrow Hill Beer Festival - dark ruby body, thin white head. A musty nose, with notes of cereals, chocolate and dark fruits. A bit thin in the mouth, with more chocolate, a trace of sweet fruit and lightly bitter finish. Drinkable.
