50 cl bottle @ home. Batch #986: bottled 19.06.2013, BBE 19.06.2017
Aroma has berries, chocolate and some woody tones. Foamy palate. Flavour has tartish berries, some chocolate, woody tones and toffee. Finishes with warming alcohol. Messy and too much berries – perhaps better as fresh?

Shared bottle with HDI at Cardinal 22.03.15. A slight gusher. Dark brown. Huge and foamy beige head. Sweet aroma of burnt caramel and sugar. Similar taste, with dates, prunes and roasted nuts. Well balanced with moderate bitterness in aftertaste. Good drinkability. Perhaps a bit too carbonated.
