Bottled at PBF. Almost clear golden, mid sized head. Aroma of bread and elderflowers. Mid sweet with light to medium clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grain, gooseberries and hay. Mid bitter finish.

A bit cloudy yellow colour, small white head. Light herbal aroma, some sweet malts. Light-bodied. Pale malts, herbal hops, lowish bitterness. Tolerable. PBF XV.

PBF XV. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, some grainy and mild herbal tones to it. Flavour is citrus, some mild Saison yeast, mild herbs and some zesty tones. Lacks depth.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di liquore. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione eccessiva. La parte liquida si presenta velata, con carbonazione persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cereali, sour, agrumi, mela verde,sale e frutta passita.

Bottle by the pool in Tropea, 7th April 2023. Pours a Honey yellow. Aroma is yeasty and floral. Taste is refreshing, citrus and aromatic, not bad.
