We obviously love beer, but sometimes we like to switch it up. Our switch up of choice...champagne! To be honest, one of the things we ask ourselves when making a new fruited gose, is if it will make a good beer-mosa or not. So naturally we had to create Gose Mosa with tangerine and grapefruit!
This little gose starts with a simple base of pilsen malt and malted wheat. We then start fermentation with some lactobacillus and an especially fruity yeast, then finish off with a good amount of tangerine with a little bit of grapefruit. The finished product has an aroma that’s somewhere between orange juice and creamsicle, with a tart and crisp flavor to match.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange gold with small white head. The aroma is tangerine, grapefruit, wheat. Slick body, wheat, citrus, tart, good.

Tap at Atomic Liquors, Las Vegas, 20th February 2022. Pours a slightly off clear yellow. Aroma is oranges, grapefruit. Taste is super refreshing, grapefruit and nectarines come through, the nectarine adds slight sweetness, tart otherwise. Good
