On tap at La Robe & La Mousse. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has floral and bright pine with a hint of citrus and a touch of grain underlying. Flavor has grass and bright citrus with a hint of flora and grain backing.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 16th November 2021. Pours almost clear. Taste is sherbet, citrus, light, some minerals, not great, but passable, certainly not East Coast
