It is our exaggerated double IPA. On the nose extremely perfumed, citrus notes intrigue and inevitably attract. During the drink, the bitterness comes gently, until it reaches important peaks when you least expect it. Six hops, only Pils malt, and an important goal: to make the beer as fragrant and bitter as possible. We did it.

Tap at Ballarak Magione, Palermo, Sicily, 1st August 2020. Pours clear and golden, aroma is citrus peel and pine. Taste is a proper bitter DIPA, citrus peel, candy, really bitter linger. The 120 IBU really shows. Great DIPA
