Bottle at home in the garden, picked up from the Grumpy Goat, 5th July 2020. Pours a pretty pink, clear and with a large over carbonated, white head, fortunately the large head, does disappear quickly. Aroma is raspberry, tart fruit, lime. Taste is tart, refreshing, tart raspberry and some delicate lime, it’s assertive, but not overly sour, the fruit dominates and is the centre for the show, good combination of raspberry and blueberry and the lime shines in the finish.
