Bottle at home in the garden, 24th May 2020. Pours clear and straw colour. Aroma is straw, yeast. Taste is bitter, grass, some age, good depth of flavour. Pretty refreshing and a bitter finish

Bottle at the Cottage in Bourton On The Water, picked up at the brewery, 13/03/20. Clear golden with a white cap. Nose is pale malts, toasted grains, cereals, light citric zip. Taste comprises pale malts, cereals, corn husk, lemon drizzle, light breads, light caramel popcorn. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent Helles.

Tight white bubbly head stayed on an unclear, finely carbonated light amber coloured body. Earthy cheesy aroma. Medium bodied, smooth, clean & dry. Bitter tangy tastes with earth, fish food, sweet citrus & syrup. Not really true to style.

Appearance- amber, with a small clingy foamy white head. Aroma- malt, caramel, brambly hop hints, cereal malt. Taste- creamy malt, caramel, toffee, malty, fluffy mouthfeel.
