Bottled 330ml. -from Iper Rossetto Torri di Quartesolo (Vicenza), shared with hrabren. Amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramel and light spices in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light spicy and discreet nutty with sweet dusyt finish.

0.33 l bottle shared with Ogi who brought it from Italy, thanks. Unclear amber, small tan head. Light to medium malty caramely and fruity aroma, soft earthy hoppy notes. Sweet flavour, light body, soft, smooth. Moderately earthy and spicy profile. Light bitterness in the finish.

On tap @ Bonola Beer Festival 2016. Il gusto al naso va dritto al luppolo. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza, con bollicine medie e carbonazione media. L’aspetto del liquido è nebbioso. Le bollicine sono fini con carbonazione media. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate e di facile beva. Il finale è felpato, amarognolo, pulito e molto dissetante. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano sentori di cereali, frutta secca, resina, fiori, agrumi, arancia e pompelmo.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich caramel, lots of fruits, berries, malt and hops. Nice and fruity.
