Subtle hints of citrus round out the complex aroma of Mosaic hops, for a beer so drinkable, it’ll last through multiple acts.

From a bottle that has tremendous sex appeal. Even the name, there you have it. The girls on the front looks like my wife, wew. Beauty of a pour, friendly cloudy hefe looken thang. Nice clean aroma, too! First taste is way too hoppy but that fades to a sharper astringent assault. CO2 is difficult to asses but its there, now a little creamy. Some medicinal feel to it. Overall, I was pretty excited to start with but it turned into brighter poking wheat ale.

Draft. Milky, floral orange malt aroma. Pale yellow with moderate head. Slightly sweet lemon wheat malt and lightly bitter herbal flavor.

Bottle - hazy gold with low carbonation - nose of wheat, citrus, mango, but there is also a rather strong and off-putting skunky/cheesy character - low.carbonation, medium body - flavor is fairly sweet tropical fruits, followed by a wheaty tang, citric hops, finishing with strong spiciness and bitterness - okay, but for the off notes in the nose.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. Pours a hazy pale orange color with a thin white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of rotten fruit, citrus, stinky cheese. The taste is pale wheat, citrus, apricot, stone fruits, spice, hoppy finish. Medium bodied, slight lingering spice, moderate carbonation. What an odd beast. I’m not sure I’ve ever given such disparate aroma and taste scores before. Hmm...

Bottle: Pours hazy, bubbly yellow-gold with a thick, off-white head. Banana, orange, grapefruit aroma. Dry, wheaty/orange taste with a good grapefruit-peel/herbal bitter. Different from a traditional wheat, but pretty decent.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy light orange with one finger white head. Aroma is grassy hops, medium body, medium/light carbonation, resinous texture, and medium big bubble lacing. Taste is spicy hops, tropical fruit hops, grassy hops, some pine, and bitter finish. Not too bad for the style.
