Il prezioso malto Maris Otter, dopo essere stato miscelato al Pils, al Rauch, Chocolate, al Biscuit, al Crystal, e al frumento, accoglie il peperoncino piccante lasciando che i sensori dolci e affumicati dei malti si affinino con l’amaro del luppolo e l’amaro della rosa speziata. Schiuma compatta di media cremosità e persistenza. Aspetto ambrato scuro. Moderatamente affumicata, con intensi settori di frutta matura, cioccolato, toffee, e un finale lungo di peperoncino.

Bottle in Taormina, looking over the sea and Mount Etna, which is erupting, quite appropriate, given the smoke and chilli in this one! 2nd June 19. Pours a chestnut brown. Aroma is caramel, dark malts. Taste is dark malts, caramel, light smoke, good chilli hit, delicious beer actually, smooth and smokey and a good balance of chilli.
