É il miele dell’ape nera sicula che dona originalità a questa birra, impreziosendola con pregiati malti Pils, Aromatic, Carapils fil frumento. Agrumata, con note di fiori freschi, si giova della scelta dei luppoli Motueka e Amarillo. Schiuma fine e persistente con frizzantezza equilibrata. Aspetto giallo intenso e leggermente velato. Corpo rotondo. Amaro evidente.

Bottle in private garden in hotel, Scopello, Sicily, 30th May 19. Pours a straw colour. Aroma is yeast, citrus. Taste is bitter and floral, orange, citrus, yeast and a bitter linger. Really great beer.
