Bottiglia. Territorio olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con abbondante carbonazione. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sulla lingua arrivano note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e pompelmo.

Bottle at La Gilda, Ostuni, Italy, 2nd April 18. Pours dark for an IPA. Aroma is malty. Taste is lacking, not much hops, it's a bit muted, some bitterness, more of a English bitter, pretty poor.

on tap oro schiuma media discreta persistenza lieve resina terroso lieve fruttato astringenze poco armonica
