Draft. A black beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, hops, and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, hops, and lemons, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle from La Cave a Bulles, at home, 24th March 18. Pours black as night, nice dark tan head, huge sediment in the bottom of the bottle, aroma is hoppy, floral, dusty cocoa. Taste is my sort of BIPA, bitter, hoppy, citrus, cocoa, dark bitter chocolate, really bitter finish, with cocoa. Another lovely French CDA, and another great beer from this new brewery.
