Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, sorrel, fruit salt, sweetgale, grass, minerals, old hay, old dusty cellar, sap, hints of raw cabbage. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, fruit salt, sorrel, weeds, sap, sweetgale, unripe berries, old hay, soda powder, grass, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish mouthfeel. Boring.

Tap at Crowbar Oslo, 14th February 18. Getting worried about Ratebeer, 270 entries on Untappd and in adding this. Pours clear with a slight haze. Aroma is sour, citrus peel. Taste is ginger forward, then sour, bitter, fruit. I love the unique style of this brewery.
