Relatively low quality imp stout. Just weak and ineffectual. Kalapinta Cefalu

Bottle at U Babbio, Palermo, 01/10/17. Off black with a decent tan cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is earthy, toffee, leather, cocoa powder, light spice, light fart. Taste comprises dark fruit rinds, chocolate, black peppery spice, hinternational of tobacco, charr, tangy fruit licks .... almost verging on a lactic trace. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light boost offered. Lacks a touch of class and depth for an impy stout but it wasn't a chore to take this bottle down on my own.

Bottle at Masseria Susafa, 6th April 16. Pours black, little or no head. Aroma is liquorice, leather, caramel, treacle toffee. Taste is black treacle, coffee, liquorice, salt, leather, sweet, carbonation low, palate could be fuller, but very nice.
